We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
### Seller
Depending on the payment method and the customer's location, the seller responsible for your order may differ:
- Orders paid via **Shopify Payments** (including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other available international payment methods) are sold by **J & J DOAR LLP (United Kingdom)**.
- Orders paid via **Chekly** (available for customers in Ukraine) are sold by **FOP Serhiy Deneha (Ukraine)**.
### Returns
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order, provided that:
- the item has not been worn or used;
- all original tags are attached;
- the item is returned in its original condition.
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
### Refunds
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or the product is defective.
### Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and include photos of the issue.
